How can I make a good user interactivity in PowerPoint?

Best with good communication will get 10 points, doesn't matter if its long. How can I make objects in the slides like user can control picture or whatever, hover effects, like make interaction in shock wave. If you have any other examples of interactive objects, can you tell me, plz.....
